Born and raises in the Midwest- I came from a long line of runners, so naturally I developed a love for long distance running. My family would also take long vacations to mountain regions (Montana, Colorado) to explore the outdoors- hike, camp, canoe, ski. So its only natural that I ended up in the outdoor playground that is the Pacific Northwest (Seattle to be exact). I'm always up for challenging myself and my next challenge up to deck is entering in the triathalon world with the ultimate goal to compete in the Ironman Kona Championships before age 35 (so 5.5 years When I'm not in the mountains exploring or training for my next running race I am working at Boeing as a corporate health and fitness specialist. My day to day involves helping others be their best self whether it's through individualized person training, group exercise, or health coaching. I'm blessed that everyday I can blend my passion of healthy living and helping others.
