My name is Justine Emge. I am an Apache Attack Helicopter pilot with a triathlon problem. I grew up an elite swimmer but caught the triathlon bug at age 9. I am still racing triathlon 21 years later! I joined the Army in 2011 and wanted to do the hardest job available to women at the time, flying combat helicopters! I found out the Army had a triathlon team and have raced for the All Army triathlon team and Armed forces triathlon team for the past two years. I love sharing my story with girls and young women, encouraging them to chase and achieve whatever dreams they have.
