We all understand that a balanced health regimen includes a solid hydration plan. The benefits of hydration range from glowing skin to essential organ functionality, but did you know that water alone does not provide absolute optimal hydration? While H2O consumption is vital to the inner workings of the human body, drinking tons of water every day is actually not the best way to ensure that the H2O is being absorbed and utilized in the best ways possible.
