[caption id="attachment_881" align="alignleft" width="270" caption="Van Driver (and Nuun CFO) Casey with Nuun Platuun member Tonia."][/caption] We are feeling inspired here at Nuun HQ by our blogger women and the many photos and multi-post descriptions from our amazing HTC weekend. Everyone here is still reflecting and sharing great memories from the event. *Whether they involved meeting the legendary Bart Yasso from Runner's World, or making up new vocab words. Good times were had by everyone. The ladies of Nuun Platuun even got our CFO Casey to run a little bit OUTSIDE of a baseball diamond! For this post we asked another Nuun staffer and van...Read More
[caption id="attachment_854" align="alignleft" width="171" caption="Kevin Burnett (Nuun), Corey Prugh (champion) and John Thorsnes (Wine Valley, Director of Golf)"][/caption] Congratulations to Corey Prugh, the Assistant Professional from Manito Golf and Country Club in Spokane on his big win at the Northwest Open Invitational. Prugh finished a beautiful weekend, sipping Nuun, at 10 under par to win the Northwest Open Invitational by five strokes to beat the defending champion. The history of the Northwest Open is as significant as the history of golf in the Pacific Northwest. The list of past champions reads like a who’s who in Pacific Northwest Golf. In fact, fifteen members of the Pacific...Read More
Our Golf Pros are having a great year out there, to date they have collected over 47 million dollars in winnings and have represented Nuun with 83 top ten placings and 12 wins! August 14th was a big day for Nuun as Keegan Bradley took the win at the 2011 PGA Championship in Atlanta. It was great to see Keegan play well and finish strong while sipping on Nuun walking up the 18th fairway. OHHHH if only the Wanamaker could talk. It has been the symbol of the PGA Championship since 1916. It has partied with John Daly, almost burned Jack Nicklaus'...Read More

Describe a little about your role with the Sounders:
This is my third year, I joined halfway through the inaugural season because I stayed to graduate from school and then came in June or July, so I have been out here for a little over 2 years. I play forward, and usually I play up top with either Fredy Montero or Nate Jaqua, not as much with Brian White...Read More
Hey Nuun super-fans! It’s athlete ambassador Mike Gore checking in after a crazy Race Across America experience. [caption id="attachment_539" align="alignleft" width="145" caption="Nuun ambassador Mike Gore"][/caption] Just over two weeks ago, I was loading vans and an RV with a bunch of people who were essentially strangers. Currently, I’m sitting at home in Seattle, missing most of the crew and riders I became so close to over the journey. Our team (Team RWB) covered 3,010 miles of road with over 130,000 feet of climbing in 7 days and twelve hours. For reference, that’s 1,000 miles longer than the Tour de France in about one third of the...Read More
For those of you who don’t know- there is running and then there is Relay Running. This ‘hipster cousin’ of the running world is rapidly gaining in popularity. The Hood to Coast Relay is one of the most highly sought after entries out there. What more could you ask for than stunning scenery, sweaty people in a van together for 24 hours, running in the dark with a headlamp and head-to-toe reflectors, tomfoolery galore (and maybe some singing?) before a dramatic finish on Oregon coast, and a giant party on the beach all with your new friends at Nuun? Not much we...Read More
VANCOUVER -- The Boston Bruins capped pick-your-hero night last week with a Stanley Cup celebration. Nuun ambassador Andrew Ference has been training and competing with Nuun during the 2010 season as have two players from the Canucks, Ryan Kesler and Kevin Bieksa. It was the 118th year of the Stanley Cup's presentation. As the entire Nuun staff watched in antuipation the Eastern Conference Champion Boston Bruins defeated the Western Conference Champion Vancouver Canucks four games to three. The Bruins ended a 39-year Stanley Cup drought with the win. Either way Nuun would have a Stanley cup champion (or two) but during the...Read More
