This Immunity smoothie is a great addition to a recovery meal. Nuun Immunity helps the recovery process from the inside out by fighting internal inflammation after a long or strenuous workout. Pair with a protein-forward meal + a foam roller, and you’ve got yourself a dynamite recovery plan!


8 oz. water + Orange Citrus Nuun Immunity
2 cups of spinach
1 tbsp. of hemp seeds
1 tbsp. of chia seeds
1 cup of raspberries
1 banana

Allow your Nuun Immunity tab to dissolve in the 8 oz. of water. Add the remaining ingredients to the blender and top off with your Nuun Immunity once it’s fully dissolved. Then blend it all up!

We suggest serving as a smoothie bowl with fruit and chia seeds to garnish!
