Project Manager

Nuun is looking for an experienced project manager to sit within marketing and improve, implement, and manage process and workflow. This role will serve as a key hub of the marketing team and will be responsible for project managing all marketing-related projects (creative workflow and resources), leading cross-functional initiatives such as product launches, and production + procurement coordination within marketing and operations. This role will also play a part in brand management through design project management.


-Lead the overall process as well as the day to day execution of all marketing project management including:

  • Project intake and briefing process
  • Resource management
  • Project-related communication and updates
  • Scheduling + timeline creation
  • Stakeholder presentations, feedback, and reviews
  • Final deliverable quality

-Manage the development-to-launch schedule for new products

  • Manage process and schedule dependencies
  • Know key stakeholders and next steps on an on-going basis
  • Hold the team accountable for process and progress
  • Report status weekly or bi-weekly

-Identify and recommend process improvements for process and project management within the marketing team and for cross-functional initiatives

-Deliver projects and communication about them on-brand, on-strategy, on-time, and on-budget

-Be an active and informed leader of project-related discussion, schedule and lead reoccurring meetings and keep stakeholders informed

-Collaborate closely with the marketing team as well as cross-functional teams (sales, operations) to:

  • Manage current workflow
  • Forecast future projects and workload

-Translate stakeholder requirements into project briefs that inspire creativity and efficiency within the design team

-Maintain strong knowledge of brand awareness, target consumer, industry trends, and competitive landscape, and have the ability to apply to design work for quality control purposes

Education and Experience:

  • Undergraduate degree
  • Two to three years marketing experience
  • Three to four years project management experience required
  • Experience in consumer packaged goods industry preferred


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Collaborative in nature, expert in working with cross-functional teams
  • Ability and desire to build process from the ground up
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to manage many projects simultaneously and prioritize accordingly
  • Passion to learn and accept responsibility
  • Solution-oriented problem solver
