I am a wealth management private banker by day. On the side, I own and operate my own in-home personal training business (8 years and counting). I am certified through NASM (Certified Personal Trainer and Performance Enhancement Specialist). I am also the Women's Assistant Coach for the cross country team at North Central University (7 years and counting). I live and breathe running and helping others accomplish their goals. I feel most alive when I run. I completed the 2013 Boston Marathon (the year of the bombing) - 4 months after having my first baby. I went back in 2014 to reclaim the experience. 2014 ended up being a horrible experience as I got sick along the course. Two weeks after the marathon I learned I was pregnant with our second baby - his name is Boston
Running is my favorite hobby. I ran through both of my pregnancies, right up until I delivered. I have completed 10 marathons, and my PR is 3:18. More than the numbers or stats, I am most proud of the running community I have found myself a part of - between training clients, coaching college runners, and finding training buddies along the way, I am an ambassador for an active lifestyle and healthy living. My greatest "athletic" accomplishments are the births of my two children, Reagan and Boston.
