My name is Cori Maley and I am a personal trainer by day... runner, wife and puppy mom by night! Running became part of my life about eight years ago when I decided to run the Chicago Marathon. And since then I've been able to share my love for fitness and endurance sports while training clients and rambling about it on my blog. Currently I'm chasing a sub 20:00 5k, a 1:30 half marathon and the big goal of qualifying for Boston! I also have a goal of running a race in all 50 states (any distance) during my lifetime.
