I am a 35 year old women that believes strongly in maintaining a level of fitness that supports good health and mental well being. I have been actively involved in the racing community since I have been 19 and have participated in a variety of races including half marathons, marathons, and half ironman competitions. I also believe in getting involved in your community. I teach yoga at a local assisted living facility to the aging population and run a free running group in town that has over 200+ members.
I have completed multiple half and full marathons. I have completed 4 half ironmans and have placed in some of the running races I have participated in. My biggest accomplishment was going from a size 14 to 4 in a healthy way making multiple lifestyle changes.
