I am 42yrs old and have been physically active for 6 years. I started exercising to get healthy. Now that I'm health, I now exercise to push my limits and see how far I can go. I love running and fitness. I have a full time day job, but probably spend more time in fitness clothes than work clothes. It started with running, then cycling, trail running and OCR. Running marathons was getting boring, so I started doing Ironman events.
