After waking up one day realizing I was a lazy 20 year old I decided to sign up for a half marathon, my first race ever. I was far too lazy to actually train for it so I showed up on race day nervous and decided to wing it. I was hooked! The crowd, the energy, I was actually running and enjoying it. I knew it was going to be my life style. 10 years later I'm still setting news goals achieving them and looking for the next big challenge.
This year I BQ'd (Boston Qualified) at the Rock N Roll San Diego Marathon. I will be running Boston in the Spring. I competed at the 5150 National championships 2 years in a row Qualified for the ITU world championships 2 years in a row and competed in Canada Countless half marathons, 7 full marathons, 5 half ironmans and most recently my first Full Ironman IMAZ this past sunday hitting all of my fitness goals for each discipline (fueled by Nuun of course)
