I have ran my whole life and will continue till I cant no more. Running is my passion and I love its sense of community. However if someone would have told me 3years ago Id be a marathoner I would have called them crazy but low and behold I am and I am currently working towards the elite qualifying standard for Boston in April, with my long term goal to represent Ireland in the marathon at the 2020 Olympics. When I'm not pounding he roads I'm assisting coaching distance at USC or spending time with my husband a US marine and our 3 dogs Daisy, Bravo and Romeo.
2 time Irish national XC champion and 8 time runner up (underage and junior level) Irish junior 1500m champion indoors. Represented Ireland on numerous occasions. Celtic International junior Champion. US: Multi time all conference in the 3k, 3k steeplechase, 5000m, and 10000m as well as XC. Multi time National qualifier in XC, indoor and outdoor track. NAIA All American in the Marathon in 2014 Completed the Boston Marathon in 2015 in sub 3 hours (2.57) Finish forth overall (female) in the Akron Marathon in 2015 as an elite invite. First overall Female in 3 half marathons so far in 2015: Tybee Critz half marathon, Palmetto Bluff half marathon and The New Balance women's half marathon
