Younger I was a very successful swimmer, I competed on the international scene and had few medals. All that success was accomplished due by my relentless and dedication to my training. Now that I am an adult with a career and a family, this has served me well. I am capable to withhold a high pace career, a fulfilling family life and a successful athletic career.
The last 3 years has been a rebuilt process that brought me from a complete shoulder reconstructive surgery due by a bicycle crash that almost claimed my life. In those years I had to adapt and I definitely have overcome as I am stronger, faster and have built my endurance to a higher level experience before in triathlon. This has shaped the 2016 season in a way that I can compete at whatever distance I want and be successful at it.
