I started running 3.5 years ago as a way to lose weight after having a baby. Running sparked the competitiveness inside of me and less than a year later I ran my first marathon. In the last three years I have shaved over 9 minutes off my 5K PR, I started placing in my age group, ran countless 10k's and half marathons, and just completed my 3rd marathon. As a full time working mom it's sometimes hard to fit training in but I find a way and I hope to be a role model to my daughter and other moms.
Completed 3 marathons in 12 months. Regularly place in my local races. Training for my first 50K.
