I was a provincially ranked tennis player in high school and didn't discover endurance sports until later. I've been making up for lost time though, having raced every running distance between 5k and half-marathon, and up to the 70.3 distance in triathlon (as well as a race volunteer and crew member for ultramarathons). I'm a dedicated member of the University of Toronto triathlon club, make regular appearances at local and destination races, and am currently training to move up to full-Iron distance.
Completed two half-iron distance triathlons (including Honu in Hawaii - which is a SERIOUS hydration/nutrition test!) and recently PR'd in a 5k race.
