My name is Rachel Francois and I'm an elite 800m runner from St. Albert, Alberta. I have been running for as long as I remember - my parents were both runners and it did not take me long to quickly fall in love with the sport as well. I moved to Victoria, BC to pursue my goals of representing Canada on the Olympic Games, attend University of Victoria, and continue to learn from, connect with, and inspire those around me. I also practice yoga, love to cook, and am a coffee fanatic.
