Fitness is my life. As a professional, I am an Adapted Physical Education Specialist (I teach physical education to students with severe disabilities) and I am a personal trainer. I am extremely inspired by my work and love motivating people to live a life of fitness and health. On a personal level, I am an avid runner/athlete with major dreams, goals and aspirations. My training is is a huge part of my life and I am motivated and hungry to find the best possible athlete/person within myself. I primarily compete in running - yet my training consists of a multitude of training methods which have helped me grow as a well balanced athlete. From TRX to kettlebells; indoor rowing, swimming, crossfit and calisthenics; I continue to push myself, and seek ways to inspire and be inspired.
