Spring-ing into some healthy habits this season! As the weather starts to warm up I am taking all the good vibe momentum and starting getting organized with some healthy habits. Long time followers know I love running but have been making excuses to stay consistent because of how cold it's been in the city. Had to take my new Nuun BOCO Gear hat for a spin today! I love how I barely noticed it! Most of my other hats feel heavy because they’re not really meant for running. This one is so breathable!
