Official Rules for the Casting Call Referral

1. Eligibility:  The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old.  

1. Entry Period:  The Entry Period begins at approximately 9am ET on 5/13/24 and ends at 9am ET on 5/30/24 (the “Entry Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes. 

1. How to Enter:  Be included (Name & Email) by an applicant to the job posting of ‘Chief Muuvment Officer’.   

1. Drawing:  Sponsor will identify the first 200 referral winners based on the time stamp of the submitted application.  This will begin on 5/13/24 at approximately 9am ET and end on 5/30/24 at approximately 9am ET.  The identification of the GRAND PRIZE winner will occur at the time of job offer and acceptance for the role of Chief Muuvment Officer.  If no one referred the selected applicant the prize won’t be awarded. 

1. POTENTIAL WINNER REQUIREMENTS:  A POTENTIAL WINNER MAY BE REQUIRED TO COMPLETE AND RETURN A DECLARATION OF ELIGIBILITY AND A LIABILITY/PUBLICITY RELEASE. IF A POTENTIAL WINNER FAILS TO SIGN AND RETURN THESE DOCUMENTS WITHIN 15 DAYS, SPONSOR MAY SELECT AN ALTERNATE POTENTIAL WINNER IN HIS/HER PLACE IN A RANDOM DRAWING OF ALL REMAINING ENTRIES RECEIVED.  

1. PRIZES:  200 WINNERS WILL EACH RECEIVE A NUUN GIFT PACK. APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”): $25. ONE GRAND PRIZE WINNER WILL RECEIVE AN ALL EXPENSES PAID TRIP TO A NUUN HOSTED EXPERIENCE IN JUNE.  APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”): $1,000. TOTAL ARV FOR ALL PRIZES: $6,000. LIMIT ONE (1) PRIZE PER PERSON/ACCOUNT. WINNERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL TAXES AND ALL OTHER COSTS AND EXPENSES ASSOCIATED WITH THE PRIZE NOT SPECIFIED HEREIN AS BEING AWARDED. SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT, AT ITS SOLE DISCRETION, TO SUBSTITUTE A PRIZE FOR ONE OF EQUAL OR GREATER VALUE FOR ANY REASON. NO CASH EQUIVALENT WILL BE AWARDED, AND PRIZES ARE NON-TRANSFERABLE, AND NO SUBSTITUTION WILL BE MADE EXCEPT AS PROVIDED HEREIN AT THE SPONSOR’S SOLE DISCRETION.  EACH WINNER WILL HAVE TO PROVIDE A STREET ADDRESS FOR DELIVERY OF HIS/HER PRIZE (NO P.O. BOXES). SHIPPING AT SPONSOR EXPENSE. WINNER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT ONCE THE PRIZE IS SHIPPED, SPONSOR HAS NO CONTROL OVER DELIVERY OR DELIVERY TIME, AND ANY LOSS OR THEFT OF PRIZE ONCE DELIVERED WILL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER, AND NO REPLACEMENT PRIZE WILL BE SUPPLIED. 

1. General Conditions:  In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Sweepstakes is impaired in any way, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, either: (a) suspend the Sweepstakes to address the impairment and then resume the Sweepstakes in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; or (b) award the prizes at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the operation of the Sweepstakes, violates these Official Rules, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any person who seeks to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes. Failure by Sponsor to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Proof of sending any communication to Sponsor by mail shall not be deemed proof of receipt of that communication by Sponsor. In the event of a dispute as to the owner of an online entry, the authorized account holder of the social media account used to enter will be deemed to be the owner. The Sweepstakes is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. 

1. Release and Limitations of Liability:  By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Nuun, their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail; (e) errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (g) injury or damage to persons or property. You further agree that in any cause of action, in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorney’s fees. You waive the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages. 

1. Privacy and Publicity:  Any information you submit as part of the Sweepstakes will be treated in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Except where prohibited participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes an entrant’s consent to Sponsor’s use of his/her name, likeness, voice, opinions, biographical information, and state of residence for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration. 

1. Disputes:  You agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved by a mutually agreed upon arbitrator in a binding arbitration in New Jersey. Each party shall bear its own costs and expenses including, without limitation, attorneys’ fees.  Each party shall bear an equal share of the arbitrator’s fees and the administrative fees and charges of the arbitration itself.  Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.  All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, your rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of New Jersey, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of New Jersey or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than New Jersey.

FAQ for the Referral Bonus 

1. Who is eligible to participate?  The referral promotion is only eligible for US residents who are 18 years or older.  
2. How can I participate in this promotion? To be entered into the referral promotion, an applicant for the chief Muuvment officer role must note you as the specific ‘referrer’ by name and email address within the application.   
3. What’s the deadline?  The applicant must submit his or her application by 9:00 am (Eastern Time) on May 31, 2024.  
4. How will I know if I won a Nuun gift pack?  You will receive an email from a Nuun representative confirming your prize and requesting your shipping address for fulfillment. You will need to respond to that email within 7 days in order to receive the gift pack.  
5. What will be included in the Nuun gift pack?  Five Tubes of Nuun Sport (valued at $7.49 each) as well as three SWAG items (valued at $15). 
6. How is the winner of the referral Grand Prize selected?  The winner will be selected after we have chosen a candidate for the Chief Muuvment Officer role, and the candidate has accepted the position and signed a contract with our booking agency.  If the selected candidate noted a referrer in his or her application by name and email, we will reach out to that referrer to confirm acceptance of the prize.  The referrer must respond to Nuun or its representative to accept the prize within 7 days. 
7. What does the trip entail?  One round trip flight to the experience location.  Two nights of lodging in a hotel.  Per Diem ($150/day) for food. 
8. What happens if I refer an applicant, but the applicant does not include my name in the application?  Your name and email address must be noted in the application to be entered.  No exceptions. 
9. Can I refer more than one applicant? There is no limit on referrals, but limit one Nuun gift pack per person.  You can win a Nuun gift pack and the GRAND PRIZE. 
10. What happens if no one nominated the applicant that is selected as the Chief Muuvment Officer?  In the event that the selected applicant wasn’t referred by any individual, no travel prize will be rewarded.

1. Who is eligible to apply?  US residents only who are 18 years or older. 
2. What certification(s) do I need?  No specific certifications are REQUIRED at time of application.  Selected applicant will need to be CPR/AED certified in time for the experience.

4. What’s the deadline?  The applicant must submit his or her application by 9:00 am (Eastern Time) on May 31, 2024.  
5. How will the Chief Muuvment Officer be selected?  We will be selecting an applicant based on their experience leading fitness experience and their ability to creatively pitch us on their talents/skills through a 30-60 second video. 
6. What will the Chief Muuvment Officer be required to do?  
1. - Ideate, Instruct and Promote the experience during the month of June 2024. 
2. - Design and instruct up to 20 workouts. 
3. - Support activation of a Nuun-owned in person experience. 
4. - Promote the experience through social channels (to be specified in your contract) in lead up the event. 
5. - Be featured in Nuun content (to be specified in your contract). 
7. What does free Nuun “for life” include?   $500 in Nuun branded product on nuunlife.com through a coupon code that allows for five $100 uses each year.  This coupon code will be provided for as long as we sell Nuun branded products on nuunlife.com. The coupon code will be subject to our terms and conditions.   
8. What does the travel entail?   One roundtrip flight to the experience location.  Lodging in a hotel for a minimum of 11 nights.  Per Diem ($150/day) for food.  
9. If I am selected, will I need to sign a contact?  Yes, you will have to sign a contract with our booking agency and will be subject to a background check.
