Summer Sips: Refreshing Nuun Peach & Piña Colada Recipes to Keep you Hydrated

Dessert enthusiasts, warm weather is upon us and that could only mean one thing: frozen drinks and treats! Tasty recipes featuring nutrient-packed, tropical-inspired ingredients and hydrating electrolytes to help keep you hydrated all summer long.   

Nuun Peach and Nuun Piña Colada Sport Tablets provide 5 essential electrolytes, 1g of sugar, and are packed with endless possibilities to include them in your favorite desserts, blended smoothies and beverages. Here are a few warm-weather electrolyte drinks that we love, featuring Nuun Sport Seasonal Flavors: 

Nuun Peach Soft Serve     

Ingredients: 

  • 1 Cup Peaches  
  • 1 Cup Almond Milk (or milk of choice)  
  • 2 tbsp Sugar-Free Vanilla Pudding Mix  
  • 1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder  
  • 1 Nuun Peach Tablet  

Directions:  

1. Add the milk, vanilla pudding, peaches, Nuun tablet and protein powder to an ice cream maker of your choice. Whisk until smooth. Cover and freeze overnight.  
2. Once the mixture is frozen follow proper directions provided by your choice of mixer/blender.
3. Enjoy your delicious and hydrating Nuun Peach Soft Serve!   

              *If you prefer a blended smoothie style dessert simply add your milk of choice and Nuun Peach Tablet to a blender and let it fully dissolve. Add in the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth and creamy.  

              *Recipe is intended for use with ice-cream maker/blender like a Ninja Creami  

              Nuun Piña Colada Soft Serve 

              Ingredients: 

              • 1 Cup Coconut Milk (or milk of choice)  
              • 1/2 Cup Chopped Pineapple  
              • 1 tbsp Sugar-Free Vanilla Pudding Mix   
              • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract  
              • 1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder  
              • 1 Nuun Pina Colada Tablet  
              • Toppings: whipped cream/nuts/cherry  

              Directions 

              1. Add milk, vanilla pudding, Nuun tablet, vanilla extract and protein powder to an ice cream maker of your choice. Whisk until smooth. Add chopped pineapple, cover and freeze overnight. 
              2. Once the mixture is frozen follow proper directions provided by your choice of mixer/blender. 
              3. Enjoy your delicious and hydrating Pina Colada Soft Serve!  

                      *If you prefer a hydrating smoothie style dessert simply add your milk of choice and Nuun Piña Colada Tablet to a blender and let it fully dissolve. Add in the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth and creamy.

                      Nuun Peach Colada Electrolyte Smoothie:  

                      Ingredients:  

                      • 1 Cup Coconut Milk (or milk of choice)  
                      • 1/2 Cup Frozen Pineapple  
                      • 1/2 Cup Frozen Peaches  
                      • 1/2 Tablet Peach Nuun  
                      • 1/2 Tablet Piña Colada Nuun  

                      Directions:  

                      1. In a blender, add the coconut milk and Nuun tablets. Let the tablets fully dissolve then add in all remaining ingredients to the blender. 
                      2. Blend until smooth and creamy. 
                      3. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
