Is Nuun safe for diabetics?
Nuun electrolytes and Nuun vitamins contain very minimal amounts of both carbs and sugar. We use 1 gram of dextrose (d-glucose) to help increase the rate of fluid and nutrient delivery. Dextrose is high on the glycemic index (gi), but the minimal amount of dextrose in our electrolytes and vitamins products will have a little to no impact on blood sugar.
