What’s the secret? We asked some of our goal-achieving Nuunies their tips and tricks to setting and sticking to a goal.
Joshua Bell, Nuun’s Creative Director, advises folks not to rely on motivation alone. "Motivation is temporary. Discipline is a better driver. It is learned and established, and relies on forming good habits. So focus on staying disciplined, even when you're not feeling super motivated,” he said.

If you’re struggling to find discipline, consider creating a support system around you to hold you accountable. “For me, training with friends is fun and also having the commitments means I will make the time for the training,” said Gillian Hall, Field Marketing Vancouver. “It’s important to get the training in if you want to enjoy a race.
