Get to know Ryan Hall—Your Muuv with Nuun Coach!

Runner, record holder, and coach, Ryan Hall is a huge name in running. As the first American to finish a half-marathon in under an hour and the only American to run a full marathon under two hours and five minutes, it’s safe to say he knows a thing or two about what it takes to go the distance. That’s exactly why Nuun has partnered with Ryan Hall to design two half marathon training plans. The best part? These plans are available for everyone at absolutely no cost.

Ryan Hall first began to make waves in the running world in high school where he was the California cross country state champion in both his junior and senior track seasons. In college at Stanford University he struggled and recovered from several injuries, but nothing could stop him from earning an individual NCAA Championship by winning the 5000 meters race in 2005. Ryan turned pro following his college career and began setting records and inspiring others to achieve their running goals.

Now, after over 20 years of competitive running, Ryan Hall has partnered with Nuun Hydration to create two half-marathon training plans as part of the free Muuv with Nuun fitness programs. With one plan tailored to first-time half marathon racers and the other deigned for experienced racers to achieve their own personal record, Ryan is sharing his knowledge and his enthusiasm with the Nuuniverse.
